Squeaky Bean is helping consumers kickstart ‘Veganuary’ with the debut of new Tofu Slices in two tasty varieties: ‘Spinach & Basil’ or ‘Red Pepper & Tomato.’
If you’re unfamiliar, Veganuary is an annual challenge run by a U.K.-based nonprofit that encourages people to go vegan for the entire month of January. Squeaky Bean wants to make it easier for consumers to participate in the challenge with its new ready-to-eat, pre-sliced tofu option. A perfect substitute for deli meat in your favorite sandwich, the new Tofu Slices are thin and flavorful. You can also choose from two tasty flavor options – Spinach & Basil or Red Pepper & Tomato – which lend themselves to all kinds of sandwich combinations.
