1 cup brown rice, 300 tofu, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1 cup edamame, 2 cups mixed vegetables, 2 cloves garlic,1 tbsp grated ginger, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp Chili flakes, green onions and sesame seeds for toppings, salt and pepper.
